# What is Rayze?

Rayze is a non-custodial platform for trading onchain markets and building investment funds around transparent performance. It combines trade execution, performance records, social discovery, and fund management in a single application.

Traders have access to perpetual markets powered by Hyperliquid, where their activity builds a track record. Public profiles allow users to evaluate trader performance, including current and past positions, returns, and risk profile. The social feed displays entries and exits as they happen.

Rayze **Funds** turn a trader’s track record into a strategy others can invest in. Traders can create funds, accept capital from passive members, and deploy that capital across supported markets.

Trading, reputation, and capital remain fragmented across exchanges, social platforms, wallets, and group chats. Performance is shared through screenshots and tracked in spreadsheets. Rayze brings it all into one platform.

### Perpetual trading

Rayze supports perpetual trading through Hyperliquid. Traders fund their accounts with USDC, take long or short positions with leverage, and manage orders and positions through the Rayze trading terminal.

Hyperliquid provides the underlying markets and execution infrastructure. Rayze provides the interface and connects that trading activity to persistent profiles, performance records, public rankings, and social discovery.

Traders can follow one another, publish posts, share position cards, exchange private messages, and view activity through the live feed. These features make market activity easier to observe without changing who controls each account or trade.

### Turning performance into reputation

Trading activity on Rayze contributes to a persistent performance profile. Profiles include returns, trading volume, positions, and relevant risk metrics derived from the trader’s account activity.

Traders can set their profiles to public or private. Public profiles let users follow trading activity, review history, and compare performance on the Rayze leaderboard. Private profiles restrict this visibility to approved followers.

A performance record does not predict future results. It provides a more complete basis for reputation than screenshots, isolated calls, or selectively shared trades. What a trader does in the market becomes easier to evaluate than what they claim elsewhere.

### Rayze Funds

Rayze Funds extend the platform from individual trading to *pooled capital*. A trader creates a public fund, accepts capital from members, and deploys that capital across supported markets onchain. Funds currently support Hyperliquid perpetuals and multichain spot-token holdings.

Rayze provides the infrastructure for ownership accounting, managing fund permissions, recording capital flows, and presenting fund-level performance.

The fund is organized around *the trader* rather than a single trading venue. This allows the trader’s identity, performance record, and member relationships to remain connected as Rayze adds support for additional markets. Options, prediction markets, and equities remain on the roadmap.

### Why Rayze exists

Managing outside capital has traditionally required institutional access, expensive infrastructure, and established networks. Onchain markets have made trading more accessible and performance more visible, but connecting individual trading ability with capital remains fragmented.

Rayze brings that process into one platform. Traders can build a track record, launch a fund, and manage outside capital without changing how they trade. Rayze handles the infrastructure. Traders handle the performance.\

Past performance does not guarantee future results, but a verifiable record provides a more accountable basis for deciding whom to back.
