Proposals are the core of DAO governance. Here, members can create, review, and vote on initiatives that shape the future of their DAO—from funding decisions and treasury actions to member controls. Every proposal is recorded on-chain, ensuring full transparency and accountability in how your DAO operates.
Proposal Types
Currently, DAO members can propose 5 actions:
Add Member
Adds a member to the DAO via their wallet address
Non-members can request to join; approval adds them
Remove Member
Removes a member from the DAO
Treasury refunds are not automatic
Transfer
Sends funds from the treasury to any address
Used to distribute funds to members and invest off-platform
Investment
Sends funds from the treasury to a Rayze Project
Funds go to the project’s wallet; token/receipt handling depends on project terms
Update Minimum Approvals
Changes # of votes needed to execute proposals
Default is 1. Raise this early for better security (e.g., simple majority)
