Voting on Proposals

Voting is how DAO members make decisions together. Each member’s vote helps determine whether a proposal is approved or rejected. Once the voting period ends, results are recorded on-chain and—if approved—automatically executed through the DAO’s smart contracts. Your participation ensures that your voice directly shapes your DAO’s direction and governance.

Voting

Active proposals appear directly on your DAO Dashboard. To support a proposal, select Approve (Yes) — this records your vote on-chain. If you take no action before the voting period ends, your vote will automatically be counted as “No.”

Proposal Threshold

Each DAO sets its own approval threshold to determine when a proposal can be executed. Once that threshold is met, any member can execute the proposal on-chain. If the required approvals aren’t reached before the voting period ends, the proposal will automatically expire and no action will be taken.
